Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same business day (excludes public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.
All Bassike orders require a signature on delivery.
Standard Delivery: Flat rate of $10.00 (free for orders over $250AUD).Ā Delivery within 2-7 business days.
Express Delivery: Flat rate of $12.00. Delivery within 1-3 business days when ordered before 12pm on weekdays.
International Shipping Policy
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered within an estimated 3ā8 business days depending on your shipping location. A more accurate shipping time will be calculated at checkout after the delivery address is entered. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary by destination and are listed in local currency below.

Included Duties and taxes are built into the product price. No additional charges at checkout or on delivery.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions:
Afghanistan, American Samoa, Belarus, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Congo (Democratic Republic), Guam, Mali, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, Ukraine, Virgin Islands (U.S.)

International Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your shipping destination. Please refer to our international shipping table for more information, or enter your address at checkout to see what applies to your order.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available for online orders at all Bassike stores in Australia.
Orders placed before 3pm AEDT may be available for same-day collection during trading hours if all items are in stock at your selected store. This option will appear at checkout when available.
Youāll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email when your order is ready for collection. Please present your confirmation email (with order number) when collecting in store. Photo ID may be required.
If any items are unavailable for collection, weāll contact you to arrange pickup of available items and ship the remaining pieces free of charge. Standard online returns policy applies to Click and Collect orders.
Split Orders
Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries if items are in different locations. You will receive a separate shipping email with tracking for each parcel, and a second notification when remaining items are dispatched.
Returns & Exchange Policy
ONLINE
Orders placed from the 1st of June, will incur a $10 shipping fee when returning your order for a refund or store credit.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, weāll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be submitted through the Bassike return portal and posted within the 14 day return period.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- RefundsĀ are eligible on full priced styles only.Ā
- Full priceĀ items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
- Sale itemsĀ areĀ not eligible for a refund.Ā All discounted/marked down styles can be returned for an exchange or credit note only.
- Final Sale itemsĀ areĀ not eligible for a return of any kind.
- Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear are final sale.
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.Ā
International returns are managed through Refundid and fulfilled via DHL.
- Return shipping fees apply and vary by country. The applicable fee will be shown when lodging your return.
- Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable. For orders where duties and taxes are paid at checkout, these amounts willĀ be deducted from your return.Ā
IN-STORE
In-store purchases can only be returned in store within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Garments must be returned in their original condition with swing tags attached and must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. No refunds will be issued for change of mind unless required by law. In-store credit notes are valid in-store only and cannot be used online.
Bassike cannot accept returns from third-party stores or online retailers; please contact the original provider for those purchases.
Refunds & Exchanges
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you paid with a gift voucher, a new voucher valid for 6 months will be issued. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For split payments (e.g. part gift voucher and part credit card/Afterpay/PayPal), the voucher portion will be refunded as a new voucher and the remaining balance returned to your original payment method.
Instant refunds, powered by Refundid, allow your refund to be deposited into your account immediately while your return is still being processed. Standard refunds are processed once your return has been received and approved. Please allow up to five business days from the date of receipt for processing.
Instant exchanges, also powered by Refundid, allow your exchange item to be dispatched immediately while your return is being processed. Standard exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow up to five business days from the date of receipt for processing. Exchanges are available for the same item in an alternative colour or size only.
Faulty & Incorrect Items
Bassike aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If your purchase was made in store, please contact the store you purchased from. If you have received an item with a defect, or you have received an incorrect item to what was ordered online, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your items at customercare@bassike.com and provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault or incorrect item. Bassike also requests that the following images are provided to ensure a quick resolution; the full front of the item, full back of the item, details of the fault, and a clear image of the Bassike label.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
