This policy applies to all purchases made through bassike.com and ows.bassike.com.
Bassike cannot accept returns from third party stores or online stores that stock bassike. In these instances, please contact the provider you purchased from.
Please note that bassike’s returns policy uses the term “return” as a request to include a store credit, exchange, or refund.
Returns may take up to five business days to process once the return has been received. If your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email that your refund or exchange has been processed. If your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.
Returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for a return and will be returned to the customer under bassike’s discretion.

Terms and Conditions of Returns
In store purchases can only be returned in store. An exchange or credit note on goods is permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase upon proof of receipt. Garments must be returned in their original condition with the swing tag attached, and must be unworn, unaltered, or washed. no refunds will be given for change of mind unless required by law.
Online purchases can be returned in store for an exchange or credit note only. To return an online purchase for a refund, please process your request here.
terms and conditions of returns
- The product was purchased at a bassike store, through bassike.com or through ows.bassike.com
- The online return must be submitted here and posted within 14 days of making your order
- The returned item is returned in original condition and original packaging
- All returns must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with original tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear are not eligible for return
refunds
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take 3 - 10 business days to process depending on the provider.
If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable at bassike stores and online.
If you have used a split payment of a gift voucher and credit card/afterpay/paypal, your refund will be in the form of a new gift voucher with any remaining balance refunded to your credit card/afterpay/paypal.
Online purchases made with afterpay will be refunded back through afterpay. In cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.
exchanges and credits
Once your exchange item is submitted through the bassike returns portal, your exchange item will be shipped immediately. You will be required to enter your credit card details and a $1 pre-authorisation will be held until your return item is received and approved by our returns department. Once your return is received and approved, the $1 deposit will be released.
For credit notes, upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit note to the value of your return via email. The credit note will include a number and pin to redeem online at checkout or at a bassike store. Please note credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.
If an returned item does not meet the standard bassike return policy or is not returned within 14 days from ordering the product, the credit card used for pre-authorisation will also be used to deduct the full value of the original return item. In this instance our customer care team will be in touch and your order will be returned to the original order address. Please check your item meets our return policy standards before making a return.
faulty and incorrect items
bassike aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. if your purchase was made in store, please contact the store you purchased from. if you have received an item with a defect, or you have received an incorrect item to what was ordered online, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your items at customercare@bassike.com and provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault or incorrect item. Bassike also requests that the following images are provided to ensure a quick resolution; the full front of the item, full back of the item, details of the fault, and a clear image of the bassike label.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
return freight
We offer free returns on all orders within Australia and USA. When returning from New zealand or elsewhere in the world, after submitting your return through our website you will receive the return address to send your item back to us. We strongly recommend using a traceable return label, provided by bassike, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
