Shipping Policy

Bassike Australia ships to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand.

Our Australian postage charges are:

Free standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders over $200AUD with Australia Post

$10Ā standard deliveryĀ (2-7 days)Ā for all orders under $200AUD with Australia Post

$12 express deliveryĀ (1-3 business days) inĀ available areas when ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday

For New Zealand shipping, we offer the following option:

FreeĀ express delivery (2-3 days) for all orders over $300AUD New Zealand wide with DHL international express

$20Ā express delivery (2-3 days) on all other ordersĀ New Zealand wide with DHL international expressā€Øā€Ø

AdditionalĀ customs fees may apply if the value of your order is over NZ$1000Ā 

BassikeĀ shipsĀ worldwide via our international freight partner DHL express.

Our international shipping charges are:Ā 

Free express delivery (3-5 days) for all orders over $300USD worldwide with DHL international express

$25USDĀ express delivery (3-5 days)Ā for all other orders worldwide with DHL international express

Please note that all orders shipped to Israel will now incur a shipping charge of $75USD. this adjustment is due to
increased shipping costs and operational expenses associated with developments in the region.Ā 

Additional customs fees may apply.Ā This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia and;

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Orders are shipped on a delivery dutyĀ unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you willĀ be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country. These fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect is available for online purchases at all Bassike stores.

Orders placed before 3pm AEDT will be available for same day collection during normal trading hours.

Click and collect will only appear as a shipping option if all items in your cart are available at that location.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a click and collect confirmation email with your selected location store address and contact information.

You will receive a second email once your order is available for collection in store.

Please present a copy of your click and collect confirmation email, which includes your order number, in store at the time of collection. You may be required to show photo ID.

Our usual onlineĀ returns policyĀ applies for all click and collect orders.Ā 

Dispatch and Delivery

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Orders may be sent in a split delivery depending on the location of the products purchased.

Australia

Once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides Bassike customers with a 2-7 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7-10 business days for Western Australia.

Orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 3 business days for non-metropolitan areas and Western Australia.

All Bassike orders requireĀ a signature on delivery.

New Zealand

All Bassike orders require a signature on delivery.

For orders to New Zealand, if your delivery can not be signed for, DHL will attempt redelivery and / or make contact with you directly via phone and email to arrange redelivery or receiver collection.Ā 

Bassike reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient's delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.
